WE ANSWER YOUR 6 MOST ASKED QUESTIONS
Over the course of this year, we answered some of our clients’ frequently asked questions over on our social channels. So, let’s reflect on some of these questions and give you the answers you’ve been looking for.
1. Q: “Ugh, agencies. They just cost a lot of money for something I can do on Canva or Chat GPT.”
A: Well, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional pricing, to help small businesses GROW. Secondly, Canva and Chat GPT are tools - like a table saw, for instance. Now, just because you know how to switch on a table saw, doesn't mean you know how to make a beautifully crafted console or cabinet. See where we're going with this? Let us experts do what we do best, so you can focus on what you do best.
2. Q: “You're a small agency. Do you really have ALL the capabilities of a big agency?”
A: The answer is YES. Not only is our team multi-skilled, we have an extensive network of specialists that we partner with as needed. This means that we get to keep our costs lower than a big agency's, while delivering work of the same calibre (if not better... but we're biased, sure).
3. Q: "Surely my social media followers only want to see product info?"
A: For starters, no - your followers are people first, customers second. So, it's important to give your brand a personality that's more than just product. Secondly, the social media algorithm wants to see variety - not just sell, sell, sell! So, help us keep it fresh with content that gives your customers a fun, insider look into your business.
4. Q: "I'm not sure my business is big enough to justify using a creative and marketing agency."
A: You don't have to immediately go "all in" and hand over your entire marketing strategy. Start small with what your budget allows for. What's more, a good agency pays for itself by growing your business through strong marketing!
5. Q: “Why do I need social media when I already have a newsletter?”
A: Because the best way to get your customer to commit to purchase is to be EVERYWHERE. It’s called omnichannel marketing, and it’s the art of following your customer around the internet, ensuring that your brand is omnipresent. It’s powerful, and it WORKS.
6. Q: “What is the difference between a company profile and a brochure?”
A: A company profile is like your business CV - it offers a comprehensive overview of the business, including your history, mission, and services. It targets investors and stakeholders, providing detailed, factual information about the company’s structure and goals. A brochure is like a flashy cover letter for your business - it promotes specific products or services in a visually appealing format. Aimed at potential customers, it uses persuasive language and concise content to highlight key benefits and encourage sales.
The only question that remains: Why haven’t you partnered with Calypso yet to take your brand to the next level?
