#1 “My small business is being bullied”
It's easy to want to lash out at competitors and do a nasty ol' smear campaign. But your business needs to be the better (and smarter) man! If a competitor is encroaching on your clients, it's time to look inward and ask yourself: What can I do better to retain my clients and build a stronger relationship with them? This will help you grow a strong brand.
#2 “My little brand growing up too fast!”
Do you dress your teenager in baby grows and booties? Of course not! So, why are you still using that old marketing strategy that your brand has outgrown so long ago? A marketing strategy needs to grow and evolve with your brand. From your website to your social media - if it no longer fits, it's time to size up!
#3 “I can’t raise a brand all by myself”
Solo parenting is hard… after all, as the saying goes: It takes a village! You can't be everything to your brand, and you will inevitably fall short. Sometimes your brand just isn't meant to go everywhere with you. Build a brand strategy around the channels that feel right, because your brand really doesn't have to be present everywhere.
