Today, the business is led by mother-and-daughter duo Paula and Tanya, who bring together sharp strategy, attention to detail, creative flair and a get-it-done attitude. More importantly, with complementary skills and a shared vision, they’ve built a team that thrives on collaboration, curiosity and delivering work that actually works.

With a B.Comm in Entrepreneurial Management and nearly two decades of project management experience, Tanya thrives on keeping things moving. Known for her energy, creativity and no-nonsense approach, she wears many hats in our studio, including project manager, key accounts director and brand lead, ensuring every detail is on track, while bringing passion, precision and a healthy dose of humour.
If ever you think to yourself, “I wonder where Tanya gets her fierce and feisty personality from”, you’ll instantly understand when you meet the equally passionate Paula. With over 20 years of industry experience and a background in bookkeeping, Paula keeps the business side of Calypso running smoothly. She balances fierce attention to detail with an approachable, straight-talking style, and she’s known for calling it like it is.

She keeps the wheels turning smoothly, managing traffic, handling day-to-day admin, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
