What a year. 2025 stretched us, shaped us and sharpened our creative edge. So, we decided to do a little reflection and look at what we learned and how we grew this year – you know, those life skills we’re definitely taking into 2026 with us.

We didn’t set out to start a woman-run agency – we set out to start a great one. When our three founders came together, they combined their passion for creativity, marketing, events and numbers and built an agency on real relationships, brave thinking, and a deep respect for the work.
